Following the successful installation of a Westin Pro Series Front Bumper and the integration of a heavy-duty Superwinch, Zach Attack Customs is back to add the final piece of the puzzle: high-performance LED lighting. He’s adding the Westin B-Force LED Light Bar to make the transformation of his Trail Boss complete.
“The bumper came with the mounting hardware to get this 20-in light bar installed… having the winch on the front and all the lights installed really makes it stand out.“
The Westin B-Force LED Setup

The centerpiece of this final upgrade is the 20-inch B-Force LED Light Bar. Designed to fit seamlessly within the Pro Series bumper, this light bar is engineered for enthusiasts who require reliable visibility in the most demanding environments. It comes from the factory ready to perform with high-end specifications.
- Dual Beam Technology: The light bar features a combo beam pattern that blends spot and flood patterns into a single unit for comprehensive coverage.
- High Power Output: Delivering a massive 10,800 lumens and 120 watts of power, it significantly outshines factory high beams.
- Factory Ready: The unit includes a pigtail for power connection, making it compatible with various wiring setups.
For those looking to expand their visibility further, Westin’s range of LED lighting offerings are designed to suit any off-road application.
Installation Tips And Hardware

Installation is straightforward thanks to the included hardware, and Zach Attack Customs shared a few pro tips to ensure a perfect fit. Proper alignment is key to achieving a factory-installed look.
- Install Early: Zach completed his bumper and light upgrade as a 2-phase task, but highly recommends you mount the light bar to the bumper before installing the bumper onto the vehicle so you only have to mount the bumper once.
- Wiring Options: The optional LED light bar wiring harness hardware includes an interior switch, or you can opt to wire it in a way that will automatically come on with your high beams – more on that below.
Wiring Made Easy
The Westin B-Force LED Light Bar comes with a specialized pigtail to connect power directly. This harness includes a high-quality switch that can be routed directly into the truck’s cab for on-demand use. Or, you can opt for a dedicated wiring harness (sold separately) for more versatility, such as wiring the light bar to sync with your high beams as Zach did.
- Standard Factory Setup: The light bar is engineered to be compatible with most standard 12V systems, making the electrical connection straightforward for any DIY enthusiast.
- Simple Pigtail Connection: For those using existing power management systems, the included pigtail allows for a clean splice without the need for complex rewiring.
- Advanced Control: For Zach’s specific build, the light was integrated into a switch panel. This allows the 120-watt output to be toggled manually or set to trigger automatically alongside the factory high beams via a simple relay and fuse tap.
